Everything in this work rests on two statements. They are repeated deliberately, at more than one point in this book, because they are the load-bearing walls — not decoration.

The Foundational Question: Do you hate your enemies more than you love your children?

A note on how to read everything that follows. Dr. John WorldPeace JD is not proposing a specific plan of action to be imposed on any particular issue — war, economics, religion, or otherwise. He is a catalyst. He is putting forth one question: Will the action that is intended increase or decrease the level of peace within the world human society? He takes no position on how any individual, institution, or nation answers that question for themselves. What he insists, without compromise, is that the question be asked and considered, honestly, before any decision — political, economic, or personal — is made.
